Description
Wonderful apartment with a large terrace and located in a privileged spot in the centre of Playa de las Américas. The apartment is recommended for young people looking for sea/beach and entertainment, due to its proximity to Playa de las Américas and the nightlife in the Verónicas area. (Not recommended for families with children due to the proximity of nightlife venues which may cause noise) The apartment is tastefully furnished with modern décor. It features a living room, American kitchen, bedroom with double bed, two bathrooms with shower trays and a wonderful terrace perfect for enjoying the sun. The complex is currently undergoing maintenance and renovation works in the common areas. Playa de las Américas, also simply known as Las Américas, is one of the population entities that make up the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife, and is one of the main tourist centres on the island. It is also one of the places where the greatest leisure offer in the south of Tenerife is concentrated with bars, pubs, terraces, restaurants, and numerous nightclubs, etc. The area includes several beaches, spectacular shopping centres, promenades designed to enjoy the views and leisure areas offered by Playa de Las Américas. The Bungalow Playazul complex is located just 300 metres from Troya beach, in the heart of Playa de las Américas, and features a children's pool, outdoor swimming pool with solarium and pool bar. Diki has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, a lounge area with TV, sofa and access to the spacious terrace. On the terrace you have two sun loungers, an area with table and chairs and another relaxation area with a sofa where you can read a good book and simply "stay put".

In the lounge there is a new and very comfortable sofa and from here there is direct access to the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the light breeze that make Tenerife's climate one of the best in the world. On the terrace you have two sun loungers to rest or sunbathe, an area with table and chairs for outdoor dining and another relaxation area with a sofa where you can relax, read a good book and simply "stay put". We like to think that although we are in Playa de Las Américas, in the nerve centre, it is pleasant to be able to return home and have space to relax and enjoy the island's special climate even at night. The apartment has wifi, you will find mattresses for hammocks, from the fully equipped kitchen you have access to an external area with a laundry area, a sink and an additional fridge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: kettle, toaster, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee maker.

Ideal apartment for those wishing to enjoy a holiday very close to the best points of interest in Playa de las Américas, located in the Viña del Mar complex, in the heart of Playa de Las Américas, near shops, bars and restaurants, and some of the most popular places on the island: Monkey Beach, Papagayo club and the magnificent SIAM PARK water park.
The apartment is very comfortable and charming, consisting of a living-dining room with a sofa bed and direct access to a furnished balcony with a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy wonderful evenings. The apartment also features a fully furnished American-style kitchen for your stay, a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, and the apartment offers a bathroom with a shower tray.

The apartment is situated in the centre of Playa de Las Américas, very close to the popular Troya beach (only 200 metres away), the promenade that connects Las Américas and Los Cristianos, and especially the shops, bars and shopping centres.
Right in the heart of this city is Golf las Américas, an 18-hole golf course that offers enchanting views, lush greens and lakes that wind through the landscape. If you wish to test your skills in a special setting, head to the nearby Golf del Sur, the main point of reference in the south of the island for golfers.
Families will especially enjoy spending a day walking around Playa de las Américas, given the many entertainment opportunities for children.
Playa de Las Américas is also a destination for sports enthusiasts: in this city you will find numerous water sports, such as jet skis, diving and windsurfing, and famous diving schools.
