29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

The centre, the sea and the beach are close by, as is the pleasant seafront and the weekly market. Directly under the building there is a supermarket.
Equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single with a bed that can become a double). 2 full bathrooms. Independent kitchen. Balcony with partial sea and mountain views. Community swimming pool and possibility of covered parking.
Two double bedrooms and a single bedroom (whose bed can be transformed into a double). Large wardrobes.
Two recently renovated bathrooms, both equipped with shower; one of the two has a bidet.
A door divides the living area from the sleeping area.
The kitchen is independent, well equipped and has ample space for cooking.
The relaxing lounge has a comfortable sofa, dining area and television.

Our apartment is located in a building right in front of the Grand Hotel Arona, the largest and best known hotel in Los Cristianos. Just cross the street to be directly on the seaside promenade.
You have a supermarket right under your house.
The swimming pool has been recently renovated and is very large. For our guests we leave two cots in the apartment.
The residential neighborhood has its position as a great strength; It's not easy to find a large apartment near the center but in a quiet area.
We offer our guests the possibility of using our garage from which you will have a direct connection to the lift that will take you to the apartment.
Getting around the surrounding area is very simple and a car is actually not necessary; we are close to the center and if you like to move around on foot you can reach the beaches easily.
Public transport such as the bus works very well but it is also possible to take a taxi from the nearby station.
To access the swimming pool it is necessary to use the special key that we will leave you at check-in.
If you need the garage remote control please let us know in advance.
In the apartment we have WiFi and the network and password are written right on the router.
